Job Responsibility:-
1) Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
2) Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients by partnering with them and understanding their needs; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
3) 8-10 years of relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
4) Should have lead a team of sales executives and managed end to end sales process.
5) All India experience in a similar Industry is preferred.
6) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7) Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
8) Strong organization and sales management skills.
9) Time management and planning skills.
10) Achieve the business targets across multiple verticals by leading and mentoring a team of sales executives.
11) Understand & predict the customers’ needs and use the information to create strong market and business presence for the organisation.
12) Keep meticulous business MIS & share with the management on a regular basis with appropriate analysis.
13) Design, optimise and then ensure adherence to the sales process along with meticulous documentation to ensure realistic commitment on timelines, cost and quality.
14) Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople by coaching and regularly monitoring their performance.
15) Draft business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials and other documents required for sales.
